I can also add from recent experience that the upstairs part of the TG Executive lounge by Gate 31 (with the showers, massage, internet) doesn't open until 6am. Even then it's not "exactly" six -- they seem pretty relaxed about their own punctuality but quick to remind a showering passenger to get to the gate! Another reminder is that the lounge is available for *Gold use but the free massages are only for TG business class passengers.
