Budget hotels w/ elevator in Phnom Penh?
Traveling to Phnom Penh in Oct, formerly lived there, but have no clue about the following: are there any budget-minded hotels (sub $60/night) that have elevators?
I never stayed in any hotel other than the Intercontinental and that's outside of the budget for some in my party.
There's no disabled angle here, just one person in the party hates stairs at the end of a long day.
TIA

Can recommend for 20/25USD
Safari Hotel St.126 (nice owner) with lift and larger rooms.
For around $50 There is 1 and 2 bed serviced apartments available only through booking.com at Seasons Residence Condo block just off norodom.

Or newly built Sun and Moon hotel on 136 close proximity to riverside seems to be around 60usd most of the time.
