Is it safe? I think so. Will Indonesian government approve a visa for an Israeli? Now this is more difficult to answer. You need to apply for a visa beforehand, i.e., no visa on arrival for Israelis. I guess it depends on the purpose of your trip when applying via an Indonesian consulate or embassy.
