Travel Insurance for Argentine based travellers?

anyone have used world nomads? the insurance is bupa so it has to be at least serious

We've used them several times.

They seem to be a reputable company well thought of in the travel trade and are tied in with some well known names in the insurance world. Of course like most insurance policies you only find out how good they are once you've made a claim.....which I'm glad to say I've never had to do.
