Has anyone had luck booking an award ticket on City Airline? I have some EB points due to expire tomorrow, so I just called EB to book TLL-GOT-TLL in February. The agent says there's no award availability at all in February, in any class. She (and I) found this hard to believe, and she thinks that perhaps City Airline has not released award seats for Februrary yet.
This puts me in a bit of a bind as I need to spend the points by tomorrow. I just emailed City Airline to inquire, but I guess the business day is ending there so I don't expect a speedy response.
