True but during this promotion no matter what rate you book, you get the bonus points. If you book under NFAF, you only get bonus points, but if you book regular rate, you get bonus points on top of regular points.

... and if the Aeroplan points don't post, what is the best address to request service? The Fairmont site was not clear about this. Should I send a message to FPC? My stay was in September, and still hasn't appeared.

I dont think this counts when using the NFAF

My post wasn't clear - the stay wasn't with an NFAF rate. I did register for the promo at Aeroplan, but no miles (base or bonus) have shown up after 8 weeks.

What was your rate? Most promo rates arent eligible.
