Virgin flying club - Transferring Virgin MIles: What Options are there?

I have plenty of Virgin Miles in mine and a couple of family members accounts, what I would like to do is transfer these miles to either Amex memebrship reward points or Points with a Hotel Chain such as SPG, Hhonos or Priority Club.

Can someone please advise what are the options with My FLying Club Miles?

You can convert Amex points to Virgin points but you can't do it the other way round.
