Trying to book dub-nrt and found that economy+ flexible tickets are substantially cheaper than economy+ fixed tickets. Why would that be?
Also, I didn't select seats because it confused the iPhone and the booing process broke but is there a way to select seats now?
Call the Airline, They will fix it for you

Will they fix the fare or the seating? ;)

Also valid on DUB-LHR-ARN-ORD. 3 day minimum stay. B-class.

The route I was looking at is DUB-CPH-NRT in B class. I wouldn't say it's an amazing fare, it's about the same as BA WTP for example. It's actually about what I would have expected restricted premium economy to be. I almost wonder if they loaded the fares backward and the higher restricted fare was supposed to be the fully flexible fare and this fare was supposed to be the restricted fare.

Well the fare is maybe not that amazing when comparing to other carriers such as BA. But it is less then half price from Sweden and about 33% of a B-class fare from Denmark to Tokyo.
I know you can't compare the prices from a flag carriers home market but still...
The price seems to exist from several european destinations including DUB, CDG, LHR and several German cities on most of the intercontintel routes.
CDG-ARN-NRT €996 for example
They still also have campaign-fare ARN-Bangkok in Z-class...might be worth the little extra tour via CPH.
