Please be aware that selling miles is a breach of the T&C for most frequent flyer programmes ( including Dynasty) , if caught you risk termination of your membership , confiscation of all points and , in the case of Dynasty , being billed by CI for the cost of illegally issued tickets - please refer below.

6. China Airlines reserves the right to revise or terminate the Dynasty Flyer Program
and retains full ownership of membership cards. Members must exercise their
rights in accordance with the program rules. China Airlines may, either with or
without notice, terminate membership status at any time if members violate any of
the conditions listed below.
They are also expected to compensate for the losses suffered by China Airlines as a
consequence of their actions.
(1) China Airlines shall cancel membership and accrued mileage of members who
profit through illegal means (such as, by earning miles under a fictitious name
or selling miles or awards). Such members will also be responsible for
compensation of the equivalent cash amount for the airline miles improperly
earned/redeemed.

I was also under the impression the Flyertalk T&C also prohibited the buying/selling of miles through this site , but I cannot find the relevant paragraph . I would therefore suggest to you that the answer to your question :

Dear macha. You have obviously been a lurker on FlyerTalk having joined since 2006 but this is your first post.

As you may or may not know there is another forum on this board called "Coupon Connection" that allows you to trade/exchange miles with another FT member - but you will only see that forum when you have post at least 100 posts.

You may exchange / trade your miles with another FT member but selling of your miles here is strictly forbidden. Try your local newspapers... but heed the warning posted by kiwiandrew above.
