Trip Reports - Air Canada Executive class Narita to Toronto picture report

The service was excellent and very organised. The FAs were constantly about in the cabin, even between meals, to see if anyone needed anything. Very impressive and well done.

The bluish mood lighting is great and I believe it reduces stress on the eyes throughout the flight. Their AVOD is good and has a thoughtful touch-screen. No problems with the AVOD however the in-flight "map" did not work at all during the flight.

The seat was much better than that on Virgin Atlantic for sitting, but the bed is better on Virgin. Air Canada needs to provide a nicer blanket or a duvet and a bigger pillow. The bed was very comfortable and had ample space. The shoulders and head section is wide.

I like mood lighting in the cabin, similar to VX. :) I wish DL would do the same.

F/As on NW have said that the Japanese food is always better ex-NRT, since the catering is done in Japan.

The plate presentations are really quite good.

The kaiseki meal (Japanese) was actually better than that on ANA in business class. More food and better quality and presentation.

I believe Air Canada's overall product is the best business class from Japan to North America.

Yea, I've flown AC to SYD in J once and needless to say I was very impressed for a North American airline to offer such a great product and service ^ Great pics!

Well done! I'm glad that you are enjoyable for flying out NRT-YYZ on operated 777 aircraft. I am really likes to eat with steak & mash potatoes, too. It was so incredible that I saw Japanese food. So next time he should lookout the windows that I can see beautifully sunset & sunrise during TPAC flight.
