Hertz - Hertz Free Day + United MP Offer combined?

I usually rent from Hertz 1-2 times a month and use United Mileage Plus PC&CDP which gives $10 off each day for a weekend rental. I had signed up for club 1 - but never bothered to quote my Membership number as I did not see any worthwhile offers.

Recently, there was a email from Hertz stating that for 2 Qualifying Rentals, 1 Freeday is offered.

Is it possible to have both United MP + Free Rental Day offer from the same rental?

You can't get your 50 UA miles per day and your Hertz points at the same time - that's an either/or kind of deal.

As for whether the 1000-mile bonus for booking via hertzft.com will post if you post the daily credit to Hertz, I'm not sure - but I'm leaning towards no. Would love to hear otherwise though... that would be sweet!

Unfortunately, I can't experiment with it - I need every UA mile I can get right now and don't want to risk a bad outcome.
