I've heard good things about the workmanship in the Philippines. I'm going to be in Manila next month, and wondered if anyone could recommend a tailor? Happy to pay top-end prices for top-end quality.

Right across from the Renaissance Hotel. Alternatively, any tailor located in the shopping area of a 5-star hotels is usually among the cream of the crop albeit a little bit more expensive.
