I'm off to ICN in mid Oct from LHR. Outgoing, UK is on BST (ie GMT +1) Flight schedule is 10:50.

Returning on Oct 31, when I think UK is on GMT.

1. Does Korea change it's times? I don't recall that it does.
2. If not, then counting on my fingers indicates that my OZ521 flight takes 13 hours, if it arrives in UK at 17:30. Seems unusually long so maybe it will actually arrive at 16:30 GMT?

1. No
2. Maybe they have just built in some fat. KE departs 20 minutes earlier and is scheduled to arrive 70 minutes earlier. So they are 50 minutes faster. But they are on a 747 and not a 777. I don't think that it should be 16.30.

you may be right.

but on the previous weekend, when UK is still on BST, the flight still lands at 17:30 BST, ie 16:30 GMT. the fat theory doesn't seem that likely to me, I'm afraid.
