Alitalia MilleMiglia - Tel aviv to Newark with Alitalia

Hello!
I'm flying to NY quite often but this is the first time I fly with Alitalia, I'm landing in Rome at 8:20 and my next flight is to Newark at 10:40

As I need to switch between Terminals B and C, does anyone know if I'll need to go through the whole registration process again?

I was told that I won't have to deal with the baggage as it's one airline but I just read that the second flight (az 0642 to newark) is actually operated by another airline - Air One. Any ideas?

If you're flying Tel Aviv -Rome-New York, I think you won't change Terminal. It's C.
Air One is in the AZ group.
You won't deal with the baggage.
