Japan Airlines (JAL) is planning to abolish about 60 percent of international routes at Kansai International Airport, the Nikkei business daily reported. JAL, Asia's largest airline by revenue, is slated to scrap a total of about 21 international routes, the business daily said without citing sources

Route cuts won't be instantaneous........the government will allow them to bleed public funds for at least a little longer.....(we are talking about a former GOJ monopoly)!
