Togo's is launching their Pastrami Guarantee program.
Buy a pastrami sandwich from them between 9-23-2009 and 10-20-2009, and a competitior (doesn't specify competitor) and fill out their guarantee form and send both receipts (Togo's and competitor's) for a refund on your Togo's pastrami sandwich.

It says "If you do not feel Togo's high quality, freshly sliced Hot Pastrami sandwich is better than the other guys Pastrami sandwich, you may send the form.."
Kind of tough to make a call and say anyone elses is better, because it isn't. I think they are banking on the fact they are the best and only a crazy liar would send this in....

Langers is only open in the lunch/early afternoon hours, so plan accordingly.
Langer's is absolutely the best. Though I do love Katz's, but Langer's beat them out in a national pastrami sandwich competition. But in OC, while I don't much like The Hat, or Benjie's, they are certainly better than Togo's, and Katella Deli is pretty good, and miles ahead of Togo's.
