Heads-up: Hertz' Simply Wheelz product has all but completely closed.
I have occasionally used Simply Wheelz in expensive markets like Orlando, and was surprised to find that Simply Wheelz has been quietly withdrawn everywhere (Orlando, LAX, and allegedly San Diego) but Las Vegas.
That's a bummer. I really liked Simply Wheelz for vacation trips; the facilities, cars and procedures were familiar and reliable. It really helped to make vacation visits to Orlando more affordable after Disney's Magical Express (Disney's free airport transfer service) so dried up the rental car market there that it went overnight from one of the least-expensive to one of the most-expensive (read: JFK-type expensive in my experience) in the country.
