Why can't I figure out how to get Hertz points over FF milage? Is there to add it to your profile online so it defults every time you rent? I tried taking out my ff number and entering ze1 but nothing seems to work. All I want is Hertz points everytime I rent without having to ask at the counter or enter a promo code everytime.

Call CS and ask the agent to add ZE1 to your profile as the default. That way Hertz points will always show up. If you're Gold, use 800-CAR-GOLD.
