EL AL Matmid - 200 to 300 TPLs in EL-AL

I had a beer with some of the EL-AL stayover crew in NY, They estimated on 200 to 300 TPLs in EL-AL.

I also understood that there is no official rule how to treat a TPL in the flight,
They know in advance regarding the TPLs and the PL VIP (So it seems there are two type of PLs...), If someone come and greet you, its a personal thing, They
all try to distinguish as much as possible (Be nicer, let the pax know that they know he is important)...

Any insight into how many PL and how many of those are PL VIP?
Also, how do I know if I am PL VIP or not?
