I wish they would finally give up on the obsolete Sunday stay required pricing model and switch to decently priced one-way tickets. Now the best way to get those is to hope there's a Click4Sky ticket available on the route and day you want to travel and ditch the return which seems a bit of waste to me.

I'd say a new sytem for transfer ticket pricing makes sense. The price of flying in and out of Prague from some destination was higher than a transfer ticket through Prague - and as in business classs you can just dump certain segments (and even be reimbursed for those) there was some really strange special effects going on.

As I understand it they will not change the pricing model but rather the availability model. Ie. that availability is based on O&D rather than per segment. That would mean that for example HEL-PRG shows Y9 M0 wheraas HEL-PRG-SOF will show Y9 M5 on both flights.

...and what if you have a passanger looking for a ticket to PRG, and nobody looking for a ticket to SOF?

It's strange, but I hope it all makes sence somewhere...

All the major airlines do it and it can sometimes be helpful. For example if the HEL-PRG flight is completely full they might still be able to offer a ticket HEL-PRG-SOF.
