West - Best transportation option PHX to Sheraton Wild Horse Pass

Hello fellow travelers,
I’m flying to PHX to speak at a conference in Chandler this week, at Wild Horse Pass. Not wanting to go the rental car route, I’m wondering what the best options are for transportation between the hotel and airport...? The client gets billed for this after the fact, so I’m trying to avoid anything that would be seen as over the top or out of line.
Suggestions....?
Thanks in advance!

The hotel is about 11 miles from the airport. There is a shuttle from PHX called Transportation Inc. Their phone number is 520-796-8364. Reservations are required. I believe the rate is $55. I think SuperShuttle will also go there - 602-244-9000. I'm not sure of their rate but my recollection is that it is quite a bit less than Transportation Inc. I suggest you give them each a call.

I really appreciate your expertise here. Thank you!
My only hesitation with SuperShuttle is the frustration of an 11 mile drive taking 90 minutes as they stop at every other hotel along the way.
Are taxis a comfortable option (ie, can one be quickly/easily snagged without frying in the sweltering heat for 15 minutes while you pray one shows up that has a/c)? Or is that option likely to result in me arriving at the resort looking like a melted ice cream cone?
(It’s amazing. I can get around cities in China without hassle, but an 11 mile ride in Phoenix has me stumped. Go figure.)
If you're arriving at Terminal 4 (as 80% of PHX passengers do) you'll be waiting for a cab in the shade, otherwise you may be in the heat for a bit depending on when you arrive.
E.G. when I got to PHX last Saturday at 1 PM there were no cabs at Terminal 2. Most likely it won't be an issue though.

Drats...didn’t see Jerry FF’s response until after my departure, but did find a car service I thought was stellar:
Accent Transportation
transaccent.com
602-904-6232
The rate was $54 including 20% gratuity. All cars are equipped with wi-fi, which was great. Very clean, very professional, very punctual.
My only criticism is the fact gratuity is automatically included, not paid at the end of the ride, since I’m a big believer tips should be based on quality of the services rendered. Still...was hard to find a service here that didn’t do that, so whataya gonna do?

i was surprised at reasonable transfer rates at sanctuary resort, might be worth checking with sheraton as well
supershuttle is very well organized in PHX. lots of vans, and very specific routes, so you never go out of your way. i ended up riding with only 1 other person.
ah, good info in last post PaperQueen ^ personally, if service was an issue, i would tell them they can either deduct the automatic gratuity, or ill tell my credit company to deduct it :D
