I was looking at airfares today and noticed that on EVA's homepage, under the Evergreeen Club sign-in window, there's a new box labeled 'Site Feedback'.
I clicked on the link and completed the survey.
Compared to many airlines, their website is not easy on the eyes nor is it user friendly.
I hope they give it an overhaul and I'm glad to hear they're asking for feedback. I tried a few months ago to send them a message but every time I tried, I received a page error.
