Hi, I am flying on IB for the first time today out of JFK T7 to MAD. Given I am EXP and flying business class, do I use the BA lounge?

That's the only one available. You'll get use the first class side due to being EXP.

Just flew IB out of T7 last month. Very happy with their business class product and service. The F lounge sadly didn't serve any hot food while I was there. It's a pretty average lounge. Not sure if going to the business class side might actually be better.

The only hot food in the Terraces lounge is in the pre-flight dining area, and I don't believe that's available to IB pax. But you may find a slightly enhanced sandwich selection (and certainly more packaged munchies) in Terraces (the CW section) than in the rather cramped and not very attractive small F lounge. I'd go into F, pour myself a glass of champagne (FTers on the BA board say that you can ask staff for one in Terraces, but I believe in self-help), and then head over to the Terraces section and try to grab a lounge chair.

Given this has nothing to do with American Airlines, though it has already received some helpful replies, it will now be moved to the appropriate (Other European Frequent Flyer Programs, as Iberia does not have its own,) Forum.

You cannot access the BA Concorde Room which is for BA First pax only.
This is the lounge that is just after the premium security line opposite the First Class check in desk.

The main Terraces lounge is just after the main security area.

However , as OW Emerald you can use the First room in the BA Terraces lounge. It is generally quieter than the main lounge. There will be some sandwiches on offer and is generally nicer than then in the main lounge. There are also three internet terminals in there.

The showers are in the main lounge. Not sure if IB pax book a treatment.

The only area in the Terraces lounge you cannot access is the Terraces dining room where you need to hold a BA CW BP. Even regular BA elites cannot access the dining room.

That's the only one available.
Actually, there is a United Red Carpet Lounge beside/behind the BA Terraces lounge.
