Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - Olympic on-board carryon plus?

Does Olympic allow a small personal item in addition to the carry-on bag? We know the weight limits for the carry-on but would really appreciate taking a small purse/bag in addition. We will be flying ATH-LCA next month.

Business class passengers or gold members may carry two cabin baggages up to 12 (8+4) kilos and with maximum dimensions

Economy class passengers may carry one of cabin baggage up to 8 kilos and with maximum dimensions 55cm x 40cm x 23cm. For infants one piece of cabin baggage may be carried

with essential for the diet and hygiene according the duration of flight. (max 6kg)
