Radisson goldpoints plus - Amsterdam - SAS or Park Plaza Victoria?

I am looking for people's opinion on these two hotels in Amsterdam - the SAS Blu or the Park Plaza Victoria...

Both seem to have there pros and cons, and TripAdvisor rates the SAS higher, but the Victoria Park Plaza seems to have a bit more charm...

Any thoughts?

I just had a joy of staying in both 2 weeks ago. In my mind
Radisson is just Radisson. It has a more quiet location and is just a very decent hotel. The breakfast area is a bit small, which meant that in both days I had to wait 20 minutes to get a seat.
Park Plaza is in my mind a better option. It is more charming and it's got a very good location for a canal boat and for Schiphol Express. It is very busy around and can get quite loud under your window at evenings.
Another downside is that they charge for wifi whilst Radisson is for free.
