Was in a hurry and grabbed a car last week off the exec aisle at MCO without really checking it out. (my bad)
Turns out there was no clicker....just keys; which was a major PITA. I have to say I was surprised this car was located on the exec aisle - but still, my bad for not paying more attention.
When I returned the car, I told the agent. She credited me $15.00 for the inconvenience.
Very nice - compliments to MCO for empowering their "on the spot" agents to resolve an issue!

Had a Prius in Miami that had a non-working clicker. There is nothing worse than having to take the key out of that stupid fob every time I wanted to open the door. Really wanted a Prius, so I lived with it. There was another one on the lot, but someone had taken the key and it had been there three weeks!! Oh yeah, I got a parking ticket too, since the registration had expired in June!

Was this possibly a G6? I might have rented the same car from MCO in July. Just a single key and the tag on the "ring".
Didn't get any money back though...

This one was on the ready lot. They said people will see a car, take the keys, find a different car, and drive off in the second car while still having the keys from the first car. There were actually 2 cars on the lot that said "no key" on the window, but were unlocked.
