In last and this month's edition of the Sawubona magazine, I recall reading an article (and/or perhaps the regular letter from the CEO) about how SA will progressively introduce better meals in both C and Y, beginning with the JNB - BOM route in August. Apparently, SA has conducted an extensive study involving customers and travel agents to inform the re-design of the meal service.
Has anyone travelled between JNB and BOM and can report on the improvement?
I'm scheduled to fly SA between JNB and BOM in C in Nov, and can share my experience in a TR. I use to rave about SA...until I flew QR on my recent trips to India, Singapore and the UK. QR certainly has its act together!
