Budget - Renting with Budget in Sydney Australia

First time rental in Sydney Australia, originating from SYD airport. Anything special to be made aware of, or things to watch out for? Any insights always much appreciated!

Here was one weird thing that happened on my car rental return. I was given a car from Avis, even though I had a confirmed a Budget rental, I guess they have a partnership of some sort. But when I returned my car, Avis would not take it back, and Budget had no one to return the car in the lot. I had to go back into the counter, which really was a MAJOR pain in the rear. There was about a dozen people waiting at the counter and I had no time to wait in that line. After I managed my way to the front, the rep told me to just leave my keys in the drop box and go. No receipt, nothing! I am not a big fan of this situation I must say!:td:
