Do Swiss still give a voucher to business class passengers, if they do
how much is it for and which places can u use it?

£4 voucher and you can virtually use them everywhere.

We've got em flying Y on BD*G so I believe it's to compensate for the lack of lounge facilities at LCY.

Yes. Everyone who would otherwise be eligible for lounge access gets the voucher. This also includes FTLs.

You can almost get 2 thirds of a glass of wine with one!

Got one last Sunday as well when I was not in C, due to my SENhood. Unfortunately I did not get 2 vouchers when I was in C, one for being SEN and the other for flying in C ;).

With 4£ there isn't a whole lot to be bought, I always got a smoothie and a small chocolate bar :)... I traveled as UA*G in LX Y and both me and my companion (with no status) got one as well, just make sure to ask for them, sometimes they 'forget' ;)

I discovered last week that you can use them in the bookstore for magazines or books - much better value than ridiculously priced snacks!
