I've joined Asiana club for over 4 months now but I still haven't seen my membership card, does anyone living in Canada having trouble with the Asiana club? Did anyone in Canada successfully signed up and received their membership card?

When I signed up Asiana club, it didn't even have the Canadian provinces in the drop-down menu so I have to type everything on one line under the address field.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to FT and the OZ forum, seasonpraises!

I can't comment on specifics for Canada but even in Australia, on the Australian site the States and Territories are not listed.

4 months is way to long and even if you include the average performance of Canada Post there must be something wrong. You have your membership number anyway so there shouldn't be a problem. Just give OZ a call and ask what the issue is.

I am Canadian and living in BC.

The Gold and then Diamond package came directly from Korea so it took a month to get to me.

For the regular basic memebership card came from California USA. Their California office also handles milage credits problems and family plans.

I suspect you need to have a flight with them or have some flight credited to the account before you get the basic card.

I have registrered my membership with an adress in Denmark. I have never recieved any cards or welcome packages. I got my basic card at ICN, and picked up my Diamond Card at the HKG City Office. They print them instantly.

I once emailed them about never recieving any welcome package, but this email landed with the Los Angeles office, and they replied that they would forward my request to London. Never heard anything. Regarding missing miles, I handed over the boarding cards etc. at the BJS airport office (well, actually check-in desk area), where I also complained over the lack of card. The miles posted within a week or two!

I'm in Australia and when I joined I quite quickly received a welcome pack from their Sydney office with a card in it. However I've rolled up to Gold about two weeks ago and haven't received a new card or anything yet. I'll give it another two weeks and then give the Sydney office a call and see if they can help me. I have a feeling they'll tell me to call Korea though...

Anyone in Australia have any experience with getting new cards when your status level goes up?

Yes. The pack mailed from Korea and I got it within a month or so. But my card still has the wrong expiry date on it.
