Amtrak Guest Rewards - AGR customer service hangup?

Since yesterday afternoon I've been unable to reach a customer service rep at AGR. I phone their customer service number, dial 2 to bypass the promotion, enter my member number and #, dial 6 to speak to someone. I hear a moment of silence, then a ring, and a busy tone.

Anyone else getting this?
