Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - FOX Rent A Car in Phoenix

Does anybody have comments about this company? Good/bad?

Used them in LAX & LAS several times without a problem. Can't comment on PHX.

Like Mrp Alert I can only comment about LAX and they weren't bad there. However, when I worked in the rental car business a couple of years ago I never heard anything bad about them.

We have used them many times in PHX. We have never had a problem. We have gotten amazing upgrades a couple of times. They are almost always the cheapest rental in town for us. We have used FOX in SEA, too.( only once there). It was also hassle free.HTH!

Thank you all for your input. Yes, the rates they offer are much lower than the competition; the problem is that the huge fees that are tacked on because they are on airport make the total cost ridiculous. I think I will take a taxi to the Sears building nearby and rent from Avis without all those extra fees. For a five day rental it'll be about $200 less for a full size car even accounting for the cab ride. Oh, and I can return the car at the airport location.
