Considering ORD to BUD via LOT. Business class is considerably cheaper than others and can pick up miles through Star Alliance. Never traveled before. Looking for feedback. Thank you.

MKE-MR Sep 18, 09, 5:37 am Hi bnfathers, Is that "never traveled before" or "never traveled LOT before?" :) I wouldn't recommend it if it's your first time out of the country as they may not be able to help you that easily on the other end, if something goes wrong. Assuming that's not what you meant, there are some trip reports on LOT C; check the Trip Reports forum. It didn't sound too bad though not up to the standard of UA's new Business class for instance. ambrogz Sep 20, 09, 5:11 pm service is fine however the planes+ seats are weird these are old 767 with lie flat seats and no real AVOD catering is pretty ok if you take LOT don t have high expectations the pilots are good ones bdub Sep 21, 09, 9:06 am LOT has the same level of setting/entertainment that most airlines had before the upgrade to AVOD and new seats, etc. If you can accept this, they are fine to fly. Flew Warsaw - Toronto, Toronto - Warsaw in Aug. and everything went fine. Because of the seats being "old-style" I feel I definitely got what I paid for, no more no less and I would fly them again. |
