Has anyone flown to St. Maarten? If so what booking agency did you use? I am looking at $1000 for my ticket because I will have my son in my lap. If I use OneTravel to book my flights do I get the tickets at the airport I am departing from. I have never flown and I am trying to reduce the stress as much as possible! Thank you!!

Where are you departing from? What are your dates of travel?

My flight to SXM cost less than $100... but it was a TrueBlue award flight.

Have you tried the airlines directly? You can get a decent package deal through JetBlue assuming they fly from your airport. They sometimes have pretty attractive offers.

You posted a similar request previously (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/budget-travel/995640-first-time-flyer-booking-flight.html).

The only advice I can give is to research fares through a comparison site eg: Dohop (http://www.dohop.com). I'm sure US based travellers can suggest alternatives. This will give you the best deals from your local airport
