Aside from LHR and CDG does LY have lounges or provide third-party lounge access in any other European airports? Is there a Biz lounge for PL's in BRU? AMS? ZRH?

3rd pty lounges are available in most locations including those you asked about.
Sometimes there are problems. For example on the late flight out of FRA, there is no lounge because it is closed by the time most people check in, so instead the give a voucher for 20 Euros.
