KLM Flying Dutchman - AMS: Is There a Place to Lie Down in the Business Lounge?

Hi!
In November my husband and I will be flying through Amsterdam going to IAD and we have a long lay over. We will be in business elite and will have access to the business lounge where we intend to stay during our layover.
I am currently suffering problems with my legs, which would be helped if I could spend some time with them up (in a bed) instead of sitting or standing.
Recently, in reading a trip report, I found out that some lounges have rooms with beds in them. So, does anyone know if the KLM business lounge in Amsterdam has rooms with beds, and if so, how would I arrange to have access to one. Being able to lie down for several hours could literally make the difference in how much pain I am in, and how well I deal with the trip.
Thank you for your help,
Jaelle

Simple answer - YES. The KLM Crown Lounge has a separate quiet room where you can lie down. You don't have to make any special arrangements, just check into the lounge and ask the receptionist for directions (you turn right from the desk, and then it's on the right-hand side)
PS This room is part of the non-Schengen lounge - arriving from HEL you go through passport control, head towards gates E/F/G, take the escalator upstairs and then follow the signs.
They are more like chaise lounges than beds, but there are a whole bunch of them in a darkened, quiet room in the lounge as Aviatrix describes.
Sortof like these:

I thought they were flatter than that... but it's a while since I went in to have a look. (Never actually used the room but went exploring when the lounge first opened)
If they don't recline any further then the reclining chairs in the public area (on the way to the Crown Lounge) may well be more comfortable.

SBM12, have you been in the Deep Rest Room? There are 29 lie-flat beds there. They are truly lie-flat and not at all like the chaise lounges you describe.
Jaelle, you should find this Deep Rest area meets your needs. The only issue is ensuring that, if you sleep, you wake up in time for your flight.

Just to follow-up what Brian1042 and Aviatrix have helpfully posted, there is the Deep Sleep room in the large KLM Crown Lounge which is upstairs near the start of the F pier.
The "beds" in there aren't truly lie flat as I recall, but much more bed-like than in the picture. They are flat apart from the head "end" which is angled up about 25-30 degrees, and I couldn't work out if that could be adjusted to be totally flat.
Anyway, that Deep Sleep room is ideal- fairly dark and quiet, and I've used it a few times. As Brian rightly says, the main issue is of making sure you wake up in good time to get your flight!

Yes, kgisborne is of course correct. When I stated that the beds are 'lie-flat', I had discounted the head-rest part. The bed itself is lie flat, so should work for the issue of consideration - Jaelle's legs ^
Good luck with it Jaelle. I was not kidding when I mentioned waking in time for the flight. It is dark in that room and it is easy to get into a deep sleep.

Thank you everyone for your help. This will make the trip a lot less horrid for me. Last year when we did it, I was effectively crippled for over 24 hours from the trip - this should cut that down by *a lot*.
I am not worried about getting up in time - I will have my husband with me, and he won't be lying down, and he will get me up.
Thank you again!
