Excellent find; going to use for my trip to Madrid over president's day weekend that was the result of that 9 hour crazy Delta fare back in the early summer.

..also nice for the BA sale just announced - Madrid from under $600 ai from Las and Lax West Coast thru March.

Stayed here a few years ago, very nice place - albeit modest public space if I remember rightly - and a good location.

I'm going to be in Madrid for a couple of weeks starting in the latter part of November, so I took a look at this property (online, of course). Decent price, although I'm not sure where they got the 40% off part. Best rate that I saw on the Zoo was $186 w/breakfast. Decent reviews, as well, although many did not think that it rated a 5 star designation. It seems to be undergoing rennovations (although they may have been completed by now). All said that the location was great, though.
