Hi
I'm making a roller coaster trip next month in Ohio (Cedar Point and Kings Island).
Could you give me restaurant recomendations in Sandusky, OH and Mason (NorthEast of Cincinnati)?
I prefer seafood, Asian (chinese and Japanese), Mexican, BBQ (yes, far away from Mexico and Texas here but hope good restaurants can be found any way).
thanks

Mexican,

If you’re flying in or out of TOL, you have to eat at Loma Linda’s (http://www.toledostripletreat.com/loma/). Heck, it’s even worth a drive from Sandusky!

I will surely go to Berardis. My flight is from Cleveland so I guess I will not be able to go to Toledo, but I will keep it in mind.
Thanks!.

The Golden Lamb in Lebanon, OH, not far from Mason.

The Golden Lamb, Ohio's oldest inn and restaurant, serves classic American cuisine in an elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. Visit the Blackhorse Tavern for more casual dining (in the back). Good reviews on Open Table but some not so stellar ones lately on Trip Advisor. It's been awhile since I was there and it was good then. YMMV.
