Asiana Club - Cannot enroll Asiana Club. How?

Hi, I wanna enroll Asiana Club but fail.

I have tried all possible english websites. After filling everything, it just cannot go through the last page "confirmation".

I try to look for any email or form so that I can contact their customer service. However, I just cannot find them!!

Anybody can help?

Did you actually confirm that your username is usable? because you wont be able to proceed until that you confirm the username is usable

yes, I did.

I enrolled online so maybe it is just a temporary glitch. Just call them and do it over the phone while the website plays up.

try again to see if it still happens, if yes, then call them and they should be able to register for you

Btw, for those who wanna get Status Match (special for Hongkong residence), you need to travel first and then get the status match.

1. You need to enroll one *A FFP firstly and then enter "Register Now".
2. After filling all forms, push "Submit".
3. Then you will get a list, what you must offer, and the contract adr/fax/email. Make sure you write down all these or print it out.
4. I use email to contact Asiana Club and send them all necessary documents.
5. Although I have bought one *A ticket, I can get the Status Match only after I send them my bording pass copy. So I can have the *A Gold only after my flight, not before.

It is quite easy, actually.

Only when you have another alliance's elite status. They don't do internal match.

Hi, did you get the status match succesfully? Which level did they give you and how long is it valid for?
