Airlines of India - 9W & QF Only SIN why not (BKK,HKG) ?

evening all, just wandering if I try to book some flights to DEL from SYD, QF & 9W are only routing through SIN (I guess because of better connection times), but what about in peak season both QF & 9W serve BKK & HKG, and why not connect passengers through these hubs?

with regard to BKK it is probably because QF only connects BKK to SYD ( ok , LHR as well , but I am talking in terms of Australian cities ) whereas from SIN QF connects to PER , ADL , MEL and BNE as well

with regard to HKG , isn't that a new destination for 9W ? If so maybe they just havent made arrangements yet

May be the codeshare agreement does not yet cover BKK/HKG.

Maybe codesharing with a non alliance member (9W) to another alliance member's (CX) hub city (HKG) wasn't allowed?
