Radisson goldpoints plus - Q: Award Cancellation - I forgot

I cancelled the wrong award and did not realize it until i received an email survey of my stay which of course I never did. My questions are this

What was the penalty for the no show?

Forfeiture of points I presume?
Is there one of those rack rate charges that many of the majors has as well?

It was my error and I admit it but since I don't use this program much, I am not familiar with what to expect.
