Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - EgyptAir - do they ever release 2 C award seats on the same domestic flight?

Just curious: I've looked at dozens of different MS domestic segments, both for my desired travel dates and for dummy queries of close-in departures. I see exactly 1 business class award seat available on almost every flight.

I have my trip booked with one C and one Y seat on all of my domestic Egyptian segments now. We are traveling on two *A business-class awards. My question is: do they ever release a 2nd seat on any of these flights? If so, when? If I arrive at the airport still holding a Y seat, can they recognize that I'm on a C award and waitlist/standby me for a seat?

Or am I pretty much relegated to Y on these segments? I know they're short flights, but still...
