I wanted to know if anyone had booked an award ticket with ANA from JFK to LHR recently and what the taxes/fuel fees are? Also LHR to Shanghai if anyone knows that? I am trying to get to China from JFK on Virgin, which would be 150,000 miles business class thru ANA but I would like to know the extra fees before I make the transfer of the points from my Amex. I called Virgin and their fees are close to $1200 total for the trip. I found that I can get to Singapore on Singapore airlines first class for 165,000 and about $440, but flying directly to China would be better for me. Thank you
