Since Aviacsa's last grounding (some say unfairly) I have been trying to figure out how to refund my unusable tickets. I can't be the only person in this position - but I saw no response to my last post. Is anyone else in this situation? And what's happenning to Aviacsa - is it all over? Their phones don't answer, the check in desks are empty and their regional ticket shops are closed.
