I am executive status, but chose to take the Disney Magical Express Bus to the Contemporary. We reserved a mid-size with National to be picked up at the Car Care Center on property. We called for a van pick-up, and when we got to the car care center, the manager was waiting at the car with my papers. There is no EA there, but they sure treated me well. I received a brand new 2010 Chevy Impala... Nice short term rental.
