Gaming Loyalty Programs - Wynn Red Card - They need to enable online access

I went to Vegas this week thinking I had 4 buffet comps on my account. I think 2 were from some promo they had going on around the time I got my card (like get 200 points, get 2 buffets), and the other 2 were when I hit the normal reward level for 2 buffets.
Before I left, I made sure they were all going to be good through the rest of this year. I didn't know about them until almost the end of my last visit, so I couldn't use them then and I wanted to make sure they'd still be good for a future trip.
Something happened and 2 of them disappeared from my account. No explanation from the person at the Red card desk and it was clear that she wasn't interested in digging into it.
They really need to embrace technology and get the accounts enabled for online access so people can keep tabs of these things online.

Wow, no online access for Wynn Red Card (I wouldn't know, as AC is my home base for gambling). I'd go crazy since I check my HET about twice per week.
How long was it between visits when 4 became 2?

6-7 months since my last visit, but I think it was about 9 months since the trip where they were earned.

One of the reasons why I don't do a lot of my gaming there. Venetian's online account is not as good as Harrah's but good enough to allow me to keep up on how I'm doing point-wise.

Two years ago when I started my Wynn card, the 2 buffet bonus was good for 7 or 30 days (I think). It might be the same now.

I can't recall the number of trips I've made to a Red Card desk to clarify how the various buffet promos worked and how the point system worked thereafter. Finally encountered one employee who explained it well. In-house guests are to bill all charges to rooms and comps are determined at checkout. Non-guests can receive a buffet after x number of point play. (This is over and above the sign-up bonuses have been claimed. I can't remember the value per buffet.)
I noticed on my last visit that my point balance decreased significantly, suggesting that points expire on a rolling basis, even if there has been activity on the account. Can anyone verify Wynn's point expiration policy?

I just got back from Wynn and had same problem. I had two buffets disappear and seemed just my word against theirs.
I at least learned that red card points expire 1 year after date of issuance. Thus my points from August last year were reset.

We went to the Wynn this past Sunday to use our 2 buffets which was on my sister's Red Card. She verified in July that we could still use it in September with the Red Card desk.
We stopped by the Red Card kiosk in the Shopping Arcade as you enter from the Entrance near the bridge that takes you to Palazzo. The attendant there informed us that there were no buffets showing on our account. He asked when we earned them, the circumstances on how we earned them, and if we were heading to the buffet at that time. Once we answered all the questions and informed him yes we had walked all the way to Wynn for the buffets he then credited us with those two buffets.
We then enjoyed a great buffet and won money to boot. A fantastic deal for us as we earned the buffets with the Free Play they gave us!!

My wife I each earned two buffets on our cards. We used the buffets from my card that trip, then returned the following year and used the two buffets on her card. My parents did the same thing, using their bonus buffets at different trips. My guess is that when they changed the promo, they changed the rules.
Our buffets were earned when they gave out two free buffets for only 50 points. It was a great promo.
