Fairmont President's Club - What credit cards offer a Fairmont Gift Card as a Reward

As Fairmont does not have their own branded credit card, I am wondering what credit card I could use to earn Fairmont gift cards or stays. I know Amex Membership Rewards and US Bank Flexperks offer this but the earning potential is low, 1 point per dollar. Are there any other cards that offer a better earning rate. I am not too familiar with thank you points, do they offer this option? I am in the US so this also limits me.

I'm also curious if there are any better earnings potentials towards Fairmont locations.

I can think of the following two other credit cards that offer Fairmont rewards:
Diners Club (but it won't do you any good since they no longer takes application for US cards)
Diners redemptions for Fairmont gift cards are $25GC = 2500 pts. and $100GC = 10,000pts. (so basicall the same as AMEX)
They also offer Ovation rewards for free night at Cat. A (for 29k DC points) , B (37k) and C (48k). If remember correctly the redemption rates are better than those of AMEX. FYI, the following is a link to which properties are in which category:

Merrill Lynch I have the ML + card but I think other cards offer the same redemption rewards.
ML lists a Fairmont Ovation reward for 43k points but it does not say what category hotels it covers. It does list a whole long list of hotels the certificate is good for but I cannot add a link because you have to be logged in to actually see the rewards details.
Basically no real great option for Fairmont rewards but I think the DC option is the cheapest of the 3 available to my knowledge.
