West - Jackson Hole, WY skiing over New Years, any good?

Does Jackson Hole have good snow conditions and skiing by New Years? Thanks!

I've spent probably 10 Chistmas/NewYears in Jackson, and the snow is normally pretty decent, and it is always good over the pass at Grand Targee (sometimes they have to much).
