El Al Matmid - Best Phone/in Person Contact in EWR on Sun AM

My non-statused niece has a return award flight on El Al traveling EWR-TLV on Sunday morning.

She is getting to EWR on a paid CO ticket bought on travelocity

If she is delayed on runs into some delay (or other massive similar problems she had on inbound) who or where is the best place for her to get a resolution ASAP and get back home to TLV.

My assumption is that they are connecting from CO to LY. As such the question is if the CO flight is running late, who at LY in EWR can be contacted in order to notify them that she is running late. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer.

Trying to do a little pre-planning in case of of late arrival/missed connection into EWR that would cause her to possibly miss her award El Al flight.

Let me understand. If you niece, flying on a rewards ticket gets delayed you want to be able to call someone to delay an ENTIRE flight full of hundreds of people, ( who may also be making connections in Israel or have appointments) for her! How much time is she leaving for this connection?

I just want to give her a heads up on who at EWR is the best initial contact point to resolve any issues should she be delayed or misconnect for her EL Al flight.

She ran into a similar problem on her outbound legs (connecting in JFK) given the variety of carriers and travelocity being the seller of those revenue tix.

No one was willing to assist her in rerouting her or take ownership of the situation. I just would like to let her know the best place to go should she need the help.
