At the end of the month I am booked on Jet Airways BRU-YYZ. But with their pilots on strike, I am seriously considering cancelling that and rebooking with someone else. Among those choices, I've narrowed it down to KL and AZ. As I'll be starting in Brussels, I can take a train to AMS and fly KL to YYZ or I can do BRU-FCO-YYZ with AZ instead. I don't fly with Skyteam carriers often and I have never flown in C with either KL nor AZ. Which carrier overall has the better crews, meals, seatings, and IFE in biz? I heard that AZ has a a flat but angled seat on their 764 which is the equipment used on the YYZ route but I don't know about KL. Prices are about the same for both options. So which one should I go with?

the same goes for the KLM planes.
i flew quite often KLM business and even if the seat are not fully flat i always slept like an angel.
also they give you a nice present at the end of the flight.
i'd go for klm also beacuse flight time should be considerably less.
ciao

Definitely KL.
1. AMS rocks, FCO is an armpit.
2. KL are more reliable, AZ lose bags like it's going out of style.
3. On KL you get the delft house - a nice touch.

CXL my 9W booking and re-booked with KL earlier this morning. Pity since I really wanted to try 9W's business class. But I'll play it safe so KLM it is through your recommendations. Thanks!
